You will grow a book of business while developing proposals for gardens, landscapes, shores, snow, and ice. Outdoor property management knowledge is essential.

Requirements:

- Proven sales results in high-end residential property services
- Five-plus years selling landscape and snow maintenance
- Knowledge of outdoor property management and native plants
- Horticulture, plant identification, and plant health education or degree
- Organized ambition for growing a property-care book of business
