Part of Trotman Auto Group, Abbotsford Chrysler seeks a motivated Parts Advisor supporting customers, technicians, and the Service Department. The work involves vehicle systems, electronic parts catalogues, inventory systems, and accurate communication. Coachability, organization, reliability, and customer focus matter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers, technicians, and Service Department with parts inquiries
- Identify, source, and recommend correct parts and accessories
- Communicate pricing, availability, and order updates accurately
- Process orders, quotes, invoices, returns, and warranty documentation
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory

Requirements:

- Basic automotive parts and vehicle systems knowledge
- Clear, skilled verbal and electronic communication
- Computer, electronic catalogue, and inventory system comfort
- Valid BC Class 5 licence and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds
