As Game Day Lead at Brodie Rec. League™, you run the floor while the League Manager builds athlete and fan relationships. You will coordinate Game Day Operators, referees, Athlete Highlight Specialists, and media staff. The role covers gym setup, BallerTV streams, check-in, staffing, coaching, and closeout reporting. When the League Manager is off-site, you oversee league-night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up courts, tables, check-in, and brand fixtures
- Verify BallerTV streams remain live across every court
- Assign staff roles, rotations, and coverage throughout game nights




- Coach crew performance and document recurring issues
- Complete scoresheets, photo verification, and end-night reports

Requirements:

- One or more years leading people in relevant operations
- Comfort with cameras, laptops, Wi-Fi, and streaming applications
- Calmly correct performance issues under pressure
- Availability every game night, including weekends, roughly six p.m. to midnight
- Basketball experience and reliable transportation
