The Recruitment Coordinator supports hospital recruitment and Talent Management programs and services. You will develop postings, screen applicants, consult managers, conduct interviews, and guide selections. The position also supports events, student recruitment, retention processes, and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop job postings and screen recruitment applicants

Requirements:

- Related college diploma and specialized human resources training
- One to two years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of talent management practices and recruitment KPIs
- Intermediate or advanced MS Office and HRIS knowledge
- Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and confidentiality skills
