Yora Nordic Spa Kananaskis in Kananaskis, Alberta, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily Front Desk operations and coach the Concierge team. You will ensure warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and graceful departures, while maintaining high service standards across all guest touchpoints.

You will collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey and help manage staffing, throughput, and guest communications during each shift.
