The Merchandising Associate works with Retail Operations Management to organize merchandise throughout the store. You will build displays, stock shelves, update signage, and support customers while following instructions and Health and Safety regulations. Training is provided for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute corporate planograms or free-hand merchandise layouts
- Set up aisles, displays, bins, bases, and wing panels
- Update signage and secure heavy display items
- Greet, assist, thank, and recommend related products
- Follow Health and Safety regulations throughout store activities

Requirements:

- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Complete detail-oriented tasks according to instructions
- Work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Stand, walk, lift, carry, twist, reach, and use ladders
- Possess basic computer skills; planogram experience is an asset
