This Human Resources Partner provides generalist support across HR programs and services. You will align community or site needs with corporate Human Resources objectives while advising management and staff. The position emphasizes workforce metrics, Workday, UKG, employee concerns, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop trust-based relationships with assigned management teams
- Coach leaders on investigations, decisions, and HR programs
- Use workforce metrics to support site decisions
- Advise staff on benefits, payroll, and collective agreements
- Maintain accurate HR data and audit compliance

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of HR generalist experience
- Experience with collective agreements and labour relations
- Knowledge of current employment-related legislation
- Training and process coaching experience
- Valid driver’s licence and Vulnerable Sector Check
