This Human Resources Advisor partners with the HR Manager to support employees, supervisors, and managers. The work covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, communications, policy guidance, HR administration, and performance management. Complex, sensitive, higher-risk, and strategic matters are delivered with the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary HR contact for assigned client groups
- Coach managers on employee relations and performance management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Assist investigations, progressive discipline,



and employment changes
- Maintain accurate confidential records and HR systems

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English communication abilities
- Two to five years progressive Human Resources experience
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience with employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration
- Human resources software experience; Workday proficiency is an asset
