We are recruiting Labourers to join our team for civil construction projects at various locations throughout Western Canada. In this role, you will support construction operations by performing a variety of physical labour tasks on civil projects. The ideal candidate has previous civil construction experience, is safety-focused, and thrives in a fast‐paced outdoor work environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform general labour duties in support of civil construction projectsAssist with earthworks, grading, excavation, underground utility installation, road construction, and site preparation activitiesLoad, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipmentAssist equipment operators, pipe crews, and other trades as requiredPerform site cleanup and maintain a secure, organized work areaSafely operate hand and power tools as requiredFollow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with crew members to complete project tasksIdentify and report hazards or unsafe work conditionsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsPerform physically demanding work in a variety of weather and site conditionsComplete other labour‐related duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious civil construction experience is requiredExperience working on heavy civil projects, including earthworks, underground utilities, road construction, or site development is considered an assetAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periodsStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environmentAbility to follow instructions and maintain a strong commitment to safetyWillingness to travel and work at various project locations throughout Western CanadaMust pass a pre‐employment drug and alcohol test,
