DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience:Care Aide certificate and experience in a residential settingBasic telephone skills.Basic security procedures.Knowledge of computersCalm and organized mannerAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionKey DutiesConcierge duties:Receiving incoming telephone calls and responds accordingly.Responding to emergency calls from residents and calling 911 if required.Greeting and screening visitors.Resident Attendant duties:Provides scheduled services according to individualized service plansPerforms Care Aide duties within competency of their educationPerforms transfer of functions as directed by the Director of Care, under supervision of the nursesProvides emergency services for residents and calls 911 for assistanceMaintains records of Resident progress and services reporting changes in resident condition to Director of Care.Supports infection control practicesCleaning /laundry:Using the appropriate equipment, cleans the floors, furniture, fixtures and equipment in the washrooms,
