Reporting to the Quality Manager, this full time technician supports quality systems, testing, and production performance standards. The work ensures customer specifications are met across machined, welded, and assembled products. Key capabilities include PC-DMIS, GD&T;, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run CMM equipment in manual and automated modes
- Program CMM systems using PC-DMIS
- Coordinate gauging, ITPs, and first article inspections
- Conduct product audits and qualification testing
- Provide technical support for manufactured assemblies

Requirements:

- Three to five years quality, testing, or inspection experience
- Quality or engineering technician degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ISO, 8D, PPAP, SPC, and data entry
- Working knowledge of CMM programming, GD&T;, and blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measurement hand tools
