ARC’TERYX is seeking a Store Lead in Whistler to partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in shaping the guest experience. You’ll lead Product Guides, coach on people and customer experience, and drive store initiatives while working across experience, product, community, operations and people.

You’ll oversee floor leadership, inventory management, events, and brand engagement, ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures and robust communication across teams.
