Support Fit4Less memberships and Black Card amenities as a part time Host serving Newmarket Town Centre members.

This customer-focused position combines membership assistance with cleaning, minor maintenance, and club access support. You will sell and suggest memberships, educate members about automation and amenities, and help prospective members follow Fit4Less processes. You will also contribute to an everybody cleans mindset, complete required training, and address concerns through standard reporting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell and suggest memberships to support Fit4Less purpose
- Assist with membership management and member access
- Educate guests about amenities, automation, and processes




- Complete minor maintenance and cleanliness responsibilities
- Address and report incidents using standard procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or working toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, AED certification
- Effort, efficiency, and composure under pressure

Use membership knowledge, customer service, and clear communication to represent Fit4Less and support Newmarket club operations.
