The Remote Facility Manager provides second-line support rather than routine front-line call handling. You will manage third-party leads, payment follow-up, lease documentation, insurance compliance, and daily operational tasks. The position reports to the Remote Operations Manager and escalates exceptions with complete context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve escalated sales opportunities and manager-requested customer interactions
- Manage SpareFoot leads and complete required follow-up cadence
- Oversee facility emails, voicemails, inquiries, alerts, and system tasks




- Monitor payments, delinquency activity, overlocks, and auction status
- Verify move-outs and track lease and insurance compliance

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two or more years of related experience preferred
- Sound judgment handling escalated customer or sales situations
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with cloud-based CRM and property-management platforms
