SARCAN is seeking a Large Depot Supervisor to oversee staff and daily depot activities. The position requires communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and industrial safety awareness. You will support recruitment, documentation, customer relations, and container processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise depot staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- Support recruitment and recommend candidates for hire
- Ensure depot policies, procedures, and safety requirements are followed
- Complete forms, reports, accounting, and personnel documentation accurately




- Process containers, operate tills, and prepare shipments

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma and four years related experience
- Three to four years related supervisory experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of OH&S; regulations and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand, perform physical work, and provide a criminal record check
