This Learning and Development Manager supports colleagues and leaders across the business. You will consult with business and HR stakeholders, assess performance gaps, develop learning content, and customize solutions. The work also includes evaluating program effectiveness and presenting recommendations to client groups and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs
- Translate performance gaps into learning strategies
- Facilitate in-class and virtual workshops
- Develop and customize training materials and eLearning
- Evaluate programs, analyze data, and report results

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Four to five years designing adult learning solutions
- Solid consulting, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and create recommendations
- Learning Management System and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
