This Community Support Worker position is based in a medically supported residential home. You will assist individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. The work includes personal care, mobility support, documentation, and collaboration with on-site nurses. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered care promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care

Requirements:

- CSW Diploma, HCA Certificate, nursing education, or relevant experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid with CPR-C
- Valid TB Test and MANDT Certification or willingness
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
