ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring lessons learned are reviewed and applied to future projects and best practices are identified and implemented. Analyze project performance data and report on key metrics (schedule, cost, risk, resource allocation) to identify improvement areas and inform future planning. Develop and maintain lessons learned tools and templates so teams have the necessary resources for project success. Facilitate lessons learned workshops and learning sessions. Extract, validate,



and apply insights from organizational systems to active projects and lead initiatives to enhance the overall project controls program while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications4‑year university degree; PMP certificationis anasset. Strong understanding of project controls principles and lessons learned process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Robust experience with scheduling, cost management, risk management, and resource allocation. Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean practices and running workshops. Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Office, building and analyzing dashboards. Robust problem‑solving and analytical skills.
