Lead complex water and wastewater designs through technical review, QA/QC, and staff guidance as a Senior Project Engineer at Olsson. Work hybrid while addressing client needs. Olsson’s Water/Wastewater team needs an experienced engineer who can serve as a technical specialist on complex projects. You will apply advanced engineering concepts, develop solutions, guide staff, contribute standards, and strengthen client relationships. Assignments involve treatment, collection, supply, storage, and distribution systems. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level design and project document review Apply advanced concepts to complex engineering challenges Ensure completed designs meet quality standards Advise staff on approaches fulfilling project requirements Contribute engineering standards and guidelines development Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, or related field Ability to contribute and work well on teams Robust communication skills Experience using ArcGIS Pro mapping software 10+ years with water and sewer modeling software Combine technical leadership, QA/QC, hydraulic knowledge, and staff development across Olsson’s water and wastewater practice.
