Apply HVAC expertise to building maintenance projects with the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in a regular full time position. Work hands-on with mechanical systems and project resources.

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead, the Building Mechanical Maintenance Technician specializes in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. This position supports Precinct Services by completing maintenance projects within strict deadlines and budgets. Duties include acquiring resources, planning activities, and delivering projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform building mechanical maintenance projects
- Support HVAC system maintenance and repairs
- Acquire resources for planned maintenance activities




- Plan work activities against project deadlines
- Deliver projects within approved budgets

Requirements:

- At least two years in property management or trades
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
- Commercial or institutional HVAC maintenance experience preferred
- Hands-on building systems experience preferred
- Construction or maintenance project coordination experience preferred
