As a Senior Claims Representative, you will specialize in towing and storage charges involving first-party automobile claims. You will apply claims expertise, provincial regulations, policy wordings, and industry practices. Your work will support national Auto Claims teams, customers, vendors, and legal partners while helping optimize claim costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, investigate, and resolve complex towing and storage claims
- Negotiate towing fees, releases, and settlements
- Guide, coach, and mentor Auto Claims teams




- Investigate potential fraud indicators with stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain detailed reviews and records in claims systems

Requirements:

- University degree, related college diploma, or completed CIP designation
- Minimum two years of prior claims adjusting experience
- Hands-on personal auto and commercial claims experience
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience with claims systems and Microsoft Office programs
