RedCliff Ascent is seeking an Assistant Field Director to lead one of two shifts of Field Guides and support staff. The role focuses on field visits, staff coaching, logistics, and crisis management in a wilderness therapy program for teens.

Ideal candidates bring relevant leadership experience, medical certifications, and the ability to coordinate with Treatment Teams. This on-site position offers full time employment and a benefits package.
