Business Development Lead – Full Time PermanentLocation: Elmira, Ontario (relocating to Listowel in mid‑2027). Hybrid role.Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually base + commission.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve targets across agricultural and non‑agricultural sectors.Perform market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Cultivate relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders to make tailored product recommendations.Collaborate with marketing to create compelling materials/campaigns targeting various industries.Conduct product presentations and engage in technical discussions to showcase benefits and applications.Attend industry networking events (tradeshows, conferences, etc.)
