Support Greenfield Global employees in Chatham through Windows, Entra ID, Intune, and responsive technical customer service. This is a 12-month contract.

As an IT Support Analyst on a global support team, you will assist local and remote staff while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position requires Windows client and server support, application and hardware troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and explicit communication. You will work independently and collaboratively within Information Technology, reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and customer service to local and remote staff
- Support Windows, Office, Active Directory, Group Policies, and hardware
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID and devices with Intune




- Deploy desktops, laptops, and other technical equipment
- Track tickets, document assets, and maintain knowledge articles

Requirements:

- Two years’ experience in an IT support role
- Post-secondary education in an IT discipline
- Strong Windows client and server application support understanding
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and after-hours on-call availability
