Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead supports store success and positive shopping experiences. The position combines inventory management, sales growth, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment. It suits a customer-oriented fashion professional with leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
- Build and maintain meaningful long-term customer relationships
- Support daily store operations and inventory management




- Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards
- Process shipments, replenish sales floors, and fulfill eCom orders

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- One year of team lead experience preferred
- Two years of retail experience considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
