This full time Team Lead provides leadership and operational support during 12-hour rotational shifts. The work includes multidisciplinary collaboration, client issue prioritization, and services for mental health and substance use challenges. The position is on-site and community based.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day clinical operations during rotational shifts
- Lead daily team huddles and prioritize client issues
- Participate in van shifts and Street Helpline rotations
- Support meetings, case conferences, and action follow-up
- Escalate clinical issues and support service data collection

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in social services, social work, or nursing
- Minimum one year of clinical or community leadership experience
- Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, substance use, and harm reduction
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and partnerships
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and insured automobile access
