Provide community nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Centretown CHC, using clinical assessment and client-centred practice. This is a full time, permanent position.

The RPN supports clients, families, and groups through an interdisciplinary primary care team. The role applies trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches while recognizing social determinants of health. It also includes infection prevention, examination room readiness, instrument reprocessing, and stock maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care within the registered practical nursing scope
- Promote client health in the community served by CCHC
- Apply trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches
- Maintain infection prevention and control practices




- Reprocess instruments and maintain examination room readiness

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nursing diploma and Ontario registration eligibility
- At least three years of recent related nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and medical reprocessing knowledge
- Accurate charting and electronic medical records proficiency
- Effective English and French communication skills
