ParaMed is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our home health care team in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario and surrounding areas. You will support patients at home with daily living activities, meals, and companionship, following care plans and health guidelines.

The role requires a valid PSW certificate, a compassionate approach, reliability, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for regional travel. Training and advantages are provided.
