London Drugs is seeking a Service Specialist to support customers in the General Sales area and help ensure a superior shopping experience in our stores across Canada. The role includes addressing customer issues, supervising the front end, and coordinating cashier coverage during duty hours.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a qualified, helpful demeanor. Flexible scheduling is required to meet store needs, including weekends.
