Lead Subway® restaurant shifts through guest service, food preparation, staff supervision, and inventory control. Scheduling and training skills support daily operations.

As a Shift Manager, you will help deliver excellent guest experiences while ensuring food is prepared and served properly. You will keep restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful, supervise staff, and practice inventory control standards. The role includes training Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilities, checking equipment, and completing paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent guest experiences during restaurant shifts
- Ensure excellent food is prepared and served

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate computerized point of sale systems
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift required weights
