Lead shipping and receiving operations while maintaining organized storerooms, accurate inventory, and dependable product flow across food and beverage outlets.

This supervisor oversees daily Shipping/Receiving team operations and supports a small team. The work includes receiving inspections, distribution coordination, invoice tracking, and inventory accuracy. The position also supports vending restocking, cash collection, safety, cleanliness, and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect deliveries for quality, shortages, and damage
- Maintain secure, clean, organized storerooms and loading docks
- Coordinate product distribution across food and beverage outlets
- Track invoices, receipts, and inventory accurately
- Lead, support, and train team members as needed

Requirements:

- Shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience
- Supervisory experience considered an asset
- Strong organization, detail attention, and time management
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and flexible weekend availability
