Coordinate academy kit and equipment for Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s U15, U16 and U18 teams, with strong organization and inventory control. Support training, matches and tournaments across designated activities.

Reporting to the Manager of Equipment Operations, this coordinator prepares, manages and transports equipment for Academy sessions and events. The work includes matchday setup, apparel preparation, stock tracking and player logistics. Professional soccer experience and inventory knowledge are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare equipment for U15, U16 and U18 training sessions
- Distribute match kits, apparel, towels and water
- Maintain changing rooms, storage areas and technical spaces
- Pack, transport and reconcile equipment for tournaments
- Coordinate designated airport and billet-player logistics

Requirements:

- Experience in equipment management, logistics or related work
- Soccer knowledge and passion
- Solid organization, communication and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence meeting club requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
