Beccarian Correctional Care seeks a Recovery Coach for Therapeutic Living Units within correctional environments. You will support evidence-based substance use disorder care through group sessions, recreation, community responsibilities, and positive recovery modeling. The work supports the community as method model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Encourage and care for members during evening hours
- Participate in therapy, meetings, work-as-therapy, and recreation
- Lead or co-lead AA, NA, and SMART Recovery meetings
- Report member progress and concerns to the TLU Lead
- Support clinical staff during crisis situations

Requirements:

- Previous caregiving or support experience
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Understanding of substance use disorders and mental health challenges
- Empathy and discretion in sensitive situations
- Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record Check and facility clearance
