Licensed Practical Nurses deliver resident care through sound nursing practice, medication control, and timely assessment within Sienna Senior Living communities.

This critical nursing role supports residents through individualized care, collaboration, and communication with families and clinical teams. You will follow physician orders, resident care plans, and LPN scope of practice. The position also includes documentation, guidance, and ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing and personal care according to established policies
- Safeguard drugs and narcotics while following assigned-shift protocols
- Report resident status changes promptly to the Registered Nurse
- Document assessments, interventions, and care plan priorities




- Collaborate with families, specialists, and interprofessional team members

Requirements:

- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses BC
- Annual RAI MDS certification completion as required
- Current First Aid with CPR certification
- Successful applicable Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Records Check
