All-Equip Repair & Service/Platinum Trailers is hiring a Welding Shop Supervisor for its family-run manufacturing and repair business. This full-time, fully in office position supports welding teams across daily production and custom work. The supervisor provides technical direction on MIG and TIG techniques, fit-up challenges, and heat management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as technical lead on the fabrication floor
- Guide aluminum and steel MIG/TIG welding techniques
- Address fit-up challenges and distortion management
- Support custom prototype builds with the welding team




- Oversee jig and fixture creation and modification

Requirements:

- Minimum five-plus years welding and fitting experience
- Two-plus years as supervisor, team lead, or lead hand
- TIG proficiency strongly preferred alongside required MIG
- Familiarity with CWB weld quality guidelines
- Welding apprenticeship or equivalent trade certification preferred
