Electric Power Engineers seeks a Senior Power System Engineer with 5+ years supporting generation and transmission interconnection. You will manage complex studies, guide engineers, and serve as a technical expert throughout ERCOT interconnection processes. The work includes PSCAD, PSS/E, and TSAT modeling for solar PV, BESS, wind, and conventional projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation interconnection efforts across the ERCOT footprint Identify strategies using system impacts and grid capacity Perform EMT, benchmarking,
