Provide resident care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Pioneer Manor in Sudbury, with medication administration and weekend shift work. Part time positions offer 30+ hours bi-weekly.

Working in Long Term Care Services, you will perform procedures within your competence and College of Nurses of Ontario requirements. The position includes resident hygiene, medications, care plans, documentation, and communication with the health care team. You will report to a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide complete resident health care according to Pioneer Manor procedures
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and narcotics
- Assess, document, and report significant resident condition changes




- Update resident care plans and implement guided interventions
- Communicate resident well-being information to the health team

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Registered Practical Nurse program
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario competency certificate
- Six months' medication administration experience
- Secondary School Grade XII education
- Criminal Record Check and Two-Step Mantoux Test
