The work includes renewals, policy changes, applications, certificates, and client inquiries. The schedule is 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with two stated shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide commercial insurance sales and customer service
- Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Sell new policies to existing or recent clients
- Process applications, certificates, changes, and renewals




- Contact underwriters and adjusters about policies

Requirements:

- Alberta General Insurance Agent Licence Level 1
- Strong customer service, sales, or call center experience
