As an Inside Sales Representative, you will service customers by phone and email while processing orders, inquiries, and quotations. The work centers on customer relationships, product knowledge, stock confirmation, and electrical distribution solutions. You will also support ecommerce inquiries and pursue additional business through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service customers daily through phone and email
- Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
- Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
- Follow up with customers on quotations
- Make at least four outbound calls daily

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Effective communication and customer relationship-building ability
- Solid multitasking and time management skills
- Electrical business product knowledge
- Electrical distributor experience from one to five years
