This Filler Operator role supports Lactalis Canada, home of Cracker Barrel, Black Diamond, Balderson, Astro, and Lactantia. You will set up, operate, and monitor line equipment while meeting company and regulatory requirements. The work includes quality checks, troubleshooting, production documentation, and sanitary maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and assemble high-speed filling equipment
- Operate line equipment and set coders
- Check temperatures, package integrity, weights, and samples
- Complete production reports and documentation
- Support troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

- Previous high-speed filler operation experience in food manufacturing
- Working knowledge of GMP and production food safety
- High school diploma and demonstrated safety commitment
- Ability to lift 35 kilograms
- Mechanical, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
