The Mason Group is seeking a Cost Accountant for a privately owned, GTA-based organization with a reliable, collaborative culture. Reporting to the Controller, you will monitor construction costs, analyze variances, and provide financial insights across development teams.

You'll engage with project teams, gather information, challenge assumptions, and bridge Finance and Operations. Construction experience with Procore or Yardi is a plus, CPA designation desirable but not required.
