Prepare fresh deli foods and support customer service at Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores. Work across deli, coffee, and fountain bars.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will answer menu questions, address customer needs, and prepare salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfaits. You will follow preparation guides and use methods and technologies supporting company food safety policies. The position also includes maintaining fresh offerings and cleaning assigned service areas throughout each shift. Cross-training may extend into cashier, facility maintenance, restaurant cashier, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer questions about menu offerings and customer needs
- Prepare deli products using designated preparation guides




- Maintain fresh offerings across deli, coffee, and fountain bars
- Clean service areas throughout each shift
- Follow company policies for proper food safety conditions

Requirements:

- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments
- Ability to follow food safety procedures and technologies
- Interest in customer service duties and menu assistance
