CTC seeks a highly technical engineer to own a strategic customer intelligence platform. You will master its code, prompts, models, pipelines, and architecture while supporting personalization, marketing, merchandising, dealer, and customer analytics. The role leads production operations, platform transition, and long-term technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead transition of the platform and underlying models
- Operate scoring, catalogue refreshes, releases, and monitoring
- Own classification, clustering, features, validation, and drift management
- Develop GenAI prompts, evaluations, controls,



and structured outputs
- Improve platform accuracy, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency

Requirements:

- Graduate education in a related technical discipline
- 5+ years delivering production ML or AI solutions
- Advanced Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark skills
- Production prompt engineering and GenAI evaluation experience
- Azure, Databricks, MLflow, and deployment services experience
