Serve personal and small business clients as an Associate Financial Advisor at CIBC’s Strathroy Banking Centre, on-site full-time. Use financial advising and relationship building to support their goals.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you’ll understand client needs and recommend simple, personalized solutions. You’ll manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or collaboratively, focusing on deeper relationships. The position also includes investment, credit, business banking, and technology conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Manage mortgage clients and deepen relationships




- Build networks through outreach and community events
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications

Requirements:

- Two to three years providing financial advice
- Experience achieving sales through advice-based conversations
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and valuable standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Client-first, goal-oriented, curious, relationship-focused approach
