Lead insurance financial controls in Mississauga through reconciliations, attestations, and stakeholder collaboration within RBC’s Insurance Finance group.

As Manager, Insurance Financial Control, you will support General Ledger Attestation and assist senior managers with SOX reporting, operational controls, risk events, external audits, and the annual EUDA exercise. The work requires accounting knowledge, financial reporting understanding, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare reconciliations and attestations under prescribed Standard Operating Procedures
- Investigate true breaks and escalate potential loss items immediately
- Support reconciliation questions, investigations, and peer reviews
- Recommend automation for data ingestion,



analytics, and visualization
- Prepare aging and statistical summaries for financial controls reporting

Requirements:

- CPA designation or progress toward CPA completion
- Three or more years in accounting or similar work
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
