Coordinate ABM College’s Health Care Aid Program in person using LPN expertise, adult education, and clinical healthcare knowledge.

This Coordinator role supports teaching and program delivery for adult learners. You will create classroom strategies, assess performance, maintain academic records, and update course materials. The position also supports curriculum development, program reviews, regulatory standards, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create classroom learning experiences using varied teaching strategies
- Develop strategies supporting knowledge acquisition and retention
- Evaluate student performance through academic assessments
- Prepare grading, attendance, exercise, and assessment reports
- Coordinate curriculum updates, reviews, and compliance documentation

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse in valuable standing with CLPNA
- Three years’ medical work experience as LPN or HCA
- One year as HCA instructor or adult education certification
- Strong organizational, research, communication, and accuracy skills
- Knowledge of HCA requirements, standards, and compliance
