Support field teams and strengthen client relationships through practical leadership. This senior mechanical leadership role works closely with the General Manager, Mechanical. You will guide supervisors, lead hands, and heavy-duty mechanics while supporting complex troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and reliability improvements. The position also contributes to maintenance planning, team development, client service, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification Seven or more years supervising or managing mining operations Experience in both surface and underground mining Heavy mobile mining equipment maintenance experience Remote or rotational field maintenance leadership experience Bring mining leadership, heavy equipment expertise, and reliability knowledge to Matrix Mechanical’s surface and underground operations.
