Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this coordinator maintains brand standards across materials and communications. The work includes campaigns, promotional programs, partnerships, and project follow-through. Strong organization, proofreading, and collaboration support consistent delivery across internal teams, vendors, and associations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain logos, templates, style guides, and other brand assets
• Review collateral, promotional products, and digital content
• Coordinate advertising assets, schedules, budgets,
  
  
  
  and deliverables
• Manage marketing projects from initiation through completion
• Track promotional inventory and association memberships

Requirements:

• Post-secondary marketing, communications, business, or related education
• Minimum two to three years of relevant experience
• Understanding of brand management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Robust organization, communication, and attention to detail
