Your role

- You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools




- Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera
- Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with
- Adhere to and enforce Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement
- Ensure proper tool maintenance
- Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided
- Ensure that you work within company productivity targets
- Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with our internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out
- Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales (add on products) and further develop our business opportunities
- Always display a high level of professionalism
- Exercise strong attention to detail in order to add value wherever you can
- Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members

Your profile

- Be eager and motivated to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lb, if needed




- Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license)
- Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client’s site, where required
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Results oriented team player with ability to multi task
- Positive problem solving and communication skills
- Be available to work a flexible schedule
- Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home, when required
