Lead Swatch sales initiatives through customer service and team coaching while supporting daily store operations. This position offers $20.20 hourly plus a monthly performance bonus.

As a Swatch Sales Lead, you report to the Store Manager and assist with day-to-day operations. You will coach sales associates toward performance goals while modeling Customer Focus, Drive for Results, and Integrity. Product knowledge, inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead customer service and sales generation by example
- Coach associates to meet and exceed sales targets
- Support accurate, effective daily store operations
- Maintain inventory controls and accurate stock reporting
- Execute visual merchandising and company directives

Requirements:

- At least two years of retail sales experience
- Fashion or accessories experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Office knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk through most shifts
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and hold boxes
